14-day returns
This Return and Exchange Policy explains how we handle requests to return or exchange items purchased from our online store. Our goal is to make the process smooth, fair, and easy to follow.

Requests after 30 days may not be eligible.

Contact us via email or phone with your order number, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and any supporting photos or videos.
Our team will review your request and notify you of approval along with the return address.
Send the product back to the specified address and wait for us to receive it.
Once received, we will inspect the product to verify the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement promptly. Replacement items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa or MasterCard).
Refunds generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the return is due to product defects, damage, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs.
For returns without a product issue, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Ensure the item is packaged securely for return to avoid further damage.
